If I were to summarize my business experience with Ocean Block, it would be something like: They discuss to reach agreement, then document that agreement, then do exactly as they said they would do. On our transaction you and your team did what you said you were going to do; you did it on time; you provided extra support to me; and, finally, you did it without any financial hanky-panky (showing my age with this old fashioned term).
You brought a strong team to the transaction. Please be aware that Michael Kyriak went above and beyond in replying to my email needs on the weekend when he could easily have dismissed them until the next business day. For personal reasons, much of my work on our transaction was done weekends. Michael was responsive, thorough and professional.
